Hey TJ,
I don't want to give the impression that I'm just tearing thru the woods when I head out. The less than 3 inch trees equals a trail meneuvours are generally limited to getting around deadfalls or jumping to a cleaner trail nearby.
I try to be as non distructive as possible, but occasionaly a short trip thru heavy brush is needed to get to the other side.
Regarding insanity, it may not be needed to be a Jeeper, but at times it makes the trip more fun. I'm judging my sanity level by what my 'non-jeeper' roommates say after watching the videos from my trips. They say the same things about the people who climb the dry waterfalls at Rubicon, so I consider it a complement.
Thanks for the Vermont info, I'll look into it, and if your ever in Mass, let me know.

Later,
EB

: : BTW, I'm starting to consider any route where the trees are less than 3 inches thick a trail.

: : As for trees less than 3" in diameter a trail? You must realize that destruction to the enviorment is one of the biggest reasons why 4 wheelers can't get access to land in many areas of the country.
If you remember there is a TREAD lightly program does any of this ring
: a bell? There are a lot of places to go and the mountains of Essex Vermont has a club I strongly urge you to look into.

: : In conclusion you dont have to be insane to own a operate a Jeep or any 4 wheeler to have a good time just use your head.
: : If you get down this way let us know and maybe we will get hooked up and do some wheeling.
