I've got bad news for you. I had the same problem at the begining of the summer. Sounds like you are going to need an engine. Mine did the same thing. 75 pounds at start up and then when it gets warm drops to 0. Jeep says that at 1600 rpm the oil pressure should not be below 32 lbs. If you are you main and rod bearings are wasted.
